Refund policy

 

Return Requests

  • If you are unsatisfied with your order, you can initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving the item. Upon approval and receipt of the returned merchandise, we will issue store credit. We only offer store credit for returns.
  • Orders will not include a prepaid shipping label, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

How to Submit a Return Request

  1. Email us at info.luadosol@gmail.com to initiate your return.
  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive shipping instructions via email.
  3. A 6% restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit once the items are returned.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition.
  • Items discounted more than 10% are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • All orders placed during online sales and promotional periods are deemed final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged..
  • Online exchanges are not supported. Return the item for store credit and repurchase the desired size or item.
  • All swimwear is final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us the same day you receive it.
  • We take precautionary measures by capturing detailed pictures and videos of products before shipping.

Refund Policy

  • We only offer store credit, not refunds.
  • Returns for store credit must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The store credit will be issued for the amount paid minus a 6% restocking fee and shipping costs.
  • Shipping expenses for the returned item are not covered by us.
  • Shipping costs incurred when using your store credit will be the customer's responsibility.

Return Conditions

  • Returned items must be in their original condition, with tags attached and no signs of wear, washing, alterations, tears, food stains, or makeup marks.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which must be prepaid. We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) deliveries.

Restocking Fee

  • A 6% restocking fee will apply to orders refused upon delivery or returned due to an "undeliverable" address.

Return Procedure

  • Include your order invoice and the reason for return with the merchandise for proper tracking.

Inspection and Condition

  • Returned items will be inspected. If they do not meet the original condition, store credit will not be issued.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your store credit.

Package Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for packages sent to us. Use a trackable and insured mail service and retain your shipping receipt.

Return Processing Time

  • Allow 3-5 business days for processing after we receive your return. You will receive an email notification once your store credit is issued.

Store Credit

  • Store credit does not expire but must be fully utilized in a new purchase. Any remaining balance will not be carried forward.
  • Store credit will be adjusted for discounts and taxes from the original purchase.
  • Store credit will be issued within 3-5 business days after the returned item is received and processed.

  • We recommend shipping with insurance and retaining your shipping receipt until the return is fully processed.
